Hande Özçin Kırant completed her architectural education at Yıldız Technical University, Department of Architecture, and her graduate education at ITU in Project and Construction Management.

During her graduate education at ITU, she received specialized training in AIA (American Institute of Architects) and CSI (Construction Specification Institute) Construction Documents. Her Master's thesis focused on Tender Procedures for International Development Banks and EU-Funded Construction Projects.

In her professional career, Hande has excelled in Design Management and Project Management roles within both Employer and Main contractor companies. She has contributed to the construction of large-scale, mixed-use projects adhering to international standards, including LEED certification. These projects have been designed by architectural firms based in Singapore, Spain, Mexico, the UK, and the USA.

Throughout her career, Hande has worked with Turkey's leading construction companies, such as Koray Construction and Çalık Holding. In addition to her domestic projects, she has amassed four years of valuable experience in the construction processes of projects based in the USA.

She is also an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (ACIAT).
